Preparados para la undécima edición de Rafal en Corto

Un año más, el municipio de Rafal vuelve a hacer un llamamiento a los creadores de todo el territorio español para participar en la XI edición del Festival Nacional de Cortometraje y Audiovisual ‘Rafal en corto’. El Ayuntamiento de Rafal, junto con la asociación de cine y audiovisual ‘Rafal en Corto’, han publicado recientemente las bases de participación para la recepción de obras, que pueden consultarse tanto en la página web del Ayuntamiento como desde la página web de la asociación.

El proyecto, que viera la luz en el año 2012 con el objetivo de impulsar la creación de productos audiovisuales de directores, técnicos y actores de la zona, además de animar a aquellas personas relacionadas con el mundo del cine a presentar sus primeras obras. Este 2022, el certamen se llevará a cabo del 14 al 22 de octubre, durante el cual, además del visionado de los cortos finalistas, podremos disfrutar de diversas actividades culturales relacionadas con el cine durante esos días.

La organización continúa apostando por esta actividad que, tras 11 años de trabajo y dedicación, sigue creciendo y desarrollándose con más fuerza en cada edición. Se da así continuidad a este proyecto para la promoción del “cine en formato breve”. Un cine que, precisamente por su brevedad, consigue que las historias que nos cuentan nos impacten y nos hagan reflexionar de manera más directas sobre los grandes temas importantes como el amor, la muerte, la familia o la igualdad.

Este certamen es un evento en el que el pueblo de Rafal siempre se ha involucrado y participado de manera activa, ya sea con la asistencia a las actividades programadas, como formando parte de los visionados y formando parte del proceso de votación popular de los cortos. Gracias a ellos, se hace posible la entrega de uno de los premios más importantes como es el premio especial del público. De esta manera, los espectadores también hacen valer su opinión y ofrecen su reconocimiento al corto que más les haya gustado o les haya llamado la atención.

Aquellos interesados (directores, guionistas, productores podrán enviar sus obras hasta el 15 de mayo, para presentar a las cuatro categorías existentes que entran a concurso: mejor corto de ficción, mejor corto de animación, mejor corto en categoría autonómica, y también las categorías infantil y social. Tengan por seguro que, un año más, los vecinos y vecinas de Rafal estarán esperándolas impacientes para disfrutar de una semana de cine en su municipio.

This contest is an event in which the people of Rafal have always been actively involved and participated, either by attending the programmed activities, or by taking part in the screenings and in the popular voting process of the short films. Thanks to them, it is possible to award one of the most important prizes, the audience’s special prize. In this way, the spectators also make their opinion count and offer their recognition to the short film that they have liked the most or that has caught their attention.

Those interested (directors, scriptwriters, producers) can send their works until the 15th of May, to present them to the four existing categories that enter the competition: best fiction short film, best animation short film, best short film in the regional category, and also the children’s and social categories. Rest assured that, for yet another year, the residents of Rafal will be waiting impatiently for you to enjoy a week of cinema in their town.
