Historia de mujeres valientes y luchadoras

El municipio de Rafal siempre ha estado conformado por la historia de mujeres valientes y luchadoras. Este año, y desde el marco de actividades programadas para conmemorar el 8 de marzo, Día Internacional de la Mujer, Rafal ha querido recalcar el papel de aquellas mujeres que fueron pioneras sin ser conscientes de ello. Las que tuvieron que trabajar desde bien pronto y bien temprano para poder sacar adelante a sus familias, y sobre todo, poder dar una oportunidad a sus hijas y que pudieran llegar a conseguir aquello que ellas mismas no pudieron tener.

A través del vídeo institucional elaborado para este 2023, se ha querido poner de relieve la figura de tres parejas de madres e hijas. En ellos reflexionan en materia de Igualdad, sobre cómo ha cambiado la sociedad en los últimos años, y también sobre lo mucho que nos queda todavía por cambiar a nuestro alrededor para conseguir la igualdad real y efectiva.

Historias personales protagonizadas por mujeres de Rafal, que desde la época que les tocó vivir, cambiaron la historia con sus acciones. Ellas no se conformaron con las reglas sociales de su época y trabajaron cada día por sus hijas, para que tuvieran un lugar en el mundo.

Mujeres valientes del siglo XXI que son, con su lucha diaria, una inspiración para todos y todas, y por eso son Orgullo de Rafal.

A story of brave and fighting women

The municipality of Rafal has always been shaped by the history of brave and fighting women. This year, and within the framework of the activities programmed to commemorate the 8th March, International Women’s Day, Rafal wanted to highlight the role of those women who were pioneers without being aware of it. Those who had to work from very early and very early to be able to raise their families, and above all, to be able to give their daughters a chance and that they could achieve what they themselves could not have.

Through the institutional video produced for this 2023, the aim was to highlight the figure of three pairs of mothers and daughters. In them, they reflect on the subject of Equality, on how society has changed in recent years, and also on how much we still have to change around us to achieve real and effective equality.

Personal stories starring women from Rafal, who changed history with their actions in the times they lived in. They did not conform to the social rules of their time and worked every day for their daughters, so that they could have a place in the world.

Brave women of the 21st century who are, with their daily struggle, an inspiration for everyone, and that is why they are the Pride of Rafal.
